Can the person who owns the link see who I am?

No. Your message carries no name, and the inbox owner does not see any technical details about you.

Can NoSignature see who I am?

We do not ask for your name, and we do not try to work out who you are. We do keep a few technical details of each sent message, such as your IP address (stored locked) and your device type, for 7 days to fight abuse. See the privacy notice.

Do I need an account to send a message?

No. You only need an account to own a link or a game.

My message did not send.

Check your connection and try again. Your text stays in the box. If you see a rate limit message, wait a few minutes. If the link says it is paused, expired or turned off, ask the person for a new one.

Someone sent me something harmful.

Use Report on the message, then rotate or revoke your link. More on the Safety page.

How do I stop getting messages?

Open your inbox, choose Pause on the inbox, or Revoke link to turn the link off. Resume or rotate it when you are ready.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Settings and choose Delete account. You can also download your data there first.

I forgot my password.

Password reset by email is not switched on yet. Use the contact form below, but we may not be able to restore access.

How do I report abuse?

Use the Report link at the bottom of any link, game or published card page. You do not need an account. Moderators see only the public details of what you report. More on the Safety page.

How do I get notified?

Open Notifications in your dashboard. You always see updates there. Emails and browser alerts are optional, only say that you have something new, and never include the message. You can set quiet hours or pause alerts.

How do I make a QR code or a Story card?

Open Share in your dashboard, pick your inbox or a game, and choose a theme and size. Download the card or share it. For Instagram or Snapchat, post the picture and add the link as a sticker yourself. NoSignature cannot post for you.

Is it really free?

Yes. There are no paid features and no payments.
