Terms of use

These terms are between you and REUBEN GBARINAA. By creating an account, sending a message or playing a game, you agree to them and to the Acceptable use policy and the Privacy notice.

Who can use NoSignature

You must be 18 or older to use NoSignature, including to send a message or play a game. We ask account holders to confirm this when they sign up. If we learn that someone is under 18, we may remove their account or content.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.

Your content

You are responsible for what you send, post or publish. You keep your rights in it. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run the service, for example to deliver a message to an inbox or to show a reply you chose to publish.

What anonymous means

Messages do not carry a name. We still process limited technical details for 7 days to keep the service safe, as described in the privacy notice. We do not promise anonymity from us, from our providers, or against a lawful request.

Our right to act

We may hold, hide or remove content, close games, or suspend accounts (which also turns off their links) that break these terms or the Acceptable use policy, or that put people at risk. We try to be fair, and we log changes made by staff and every look at sender details. Our automatic checks are not perfect.

Free service, no promises

NoSignature is free. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. Back up anything you cannot lose, using the download tools.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for messages sent by other people, or for losses that come from using a free service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.

Changes and questions

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will show a notice and update the version above. Questions: HELLO@nosignature.reubengbarinaa.com.

Governing law

These terms are meant to be governed by the laws of Ghana. A lawyer has not yet confirmed this.
